Left and ahead are the split level and open-plan lounge, dining room and sitting 'rooms'. The flooring is of large pale cream marble tiles and extends onto the large, partially covered sea-facing terrace accessed from the lounge via doors which fold back completely to bring the outside in. All terraces and balconies have aluminium and toughened glass balustrades. All windows and external doors are deep blue/grey aluminium. Speaker wires are laid under the flooring with sockets set into the walls. Steps lead from the terrace into the garden and pool area. There are two steps down again to the sitting area in the rounded 'tower' part of the house.
