A REAL BARGAIN REDUCED FOR A QUICK SALE

This semi detached traditional stone house has been restored and maintains everywhere traditional features such as old stonework, arches and beamed ceilings. It is completely renovated, fully equipped and was completely re-painted. It is situated in the old part of the village where the commune of Garazo has established all the small roads with new natural stones and nice wall lights on the houses. It is fully furnished with both the kitchens equipped. The house is well insulated both against the heat in summertime, and against the cold in wintertime. It has got central heating and double glazing.

It consists of two independent apartments, which are connected, outdoors by a side staircase, and indoors by a staircase. Sea, mountain and village views.

The upper apartment consists of a large front terrace and sidewalk, connected with the road by a staircase. The kitchen and the bedroom have a door coming out on the terrace. The garden has an orange tree, a chestnut tree, a plum tree, roses, a "flamboyant", and "chorta". A winding staircase leads to the roof of the mid-room, from where one can see the sea with its amazing sunset.

The lower apartment has its own front door giving out directly on the street. It is connected with the upper apartment and with a staircase outdoors, guiding from the lower terrace to the upper garden, and with an inner staircase guiding from the library-stockroom towards the upper apartment's mid-room. The lower apartment consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, an enclosed terrace and a library-stockroom. The living room has got a step under a venetian arch, a fire place and a traditional bread (or sheep) bakery oven. All furniture is TF.

There is a sofa bed, two armchairs, a little table and a dinner table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a double wash basin, a kitchen cupboard, a clothes cupboard etc.(all TF) and electric oven.

The bathroom is similar to the one of the upper apartment. The small bedroom has got a cupboard, a 160 cm broad double bed and two night tables with lamps. The large bedroom (at the back of the apartment) contains two beds put together, two night tables with lamps and 2 linen cupboards. The lower enclosed terrace has a big double door giving access to the street, an old winery (can be transformed into a drink bar) and is partially covered by the sidewalk of the upper apartment. An outer staircase goes up to the garden-terrace of the upper apartment. Here, the petrol heater for the central heating is also installed. There is a tap for external water supply and a gutter. T

A lovely grapevine gives shade and fruits. The library-stockroom connects to the lower terrace by a venetian arched door and is equipped with a large table and chairs, and 5 cupboards with glass doors and wooden doors (TF). Here, the inner staircase comes out from the upper apartment. In this room, the lower apartment can be fully locked-off from the upper one by a door giving out from this room towards the lower apartment.
