Unrenovated – This is a large category and applies to many old houses, either complete ruins or stone houses that need complete renovation including new roof, plumbing stonework, electrics etc. These houses rarely have any services connected but retain beautiful features such as arches and fireplaces and the services are generally nearby. They nearly all have to be considered as a rebuild project.
