Crete is a very large island (over 8.000 sq. kms), for any prospective purchaser, the hiring of a car is the most effective way to get around, the buses are excellent in the main tourist parts of Crete, but do not always go to some of the more distant villages on a regular basis.  Hiring a car enables you, not only to meet the representative for the specific area you are interested in, but to get a better feel for this beautiful island.  Upon arriving in Crete and wishing to proceed with property viewing, please contact Ioanna Mathioudaki on (0030 6944 750010  or  0030 2810 360776).  She will either arrange the appointments direct with our representatives covering the various areas of Crete, or you can make an appointment with Ioanna to meet her in the office, where you can discuss your requirements.  If you do not drive, please let us know well in advance so that we can advise on bus times.   

If possible, try to choose your accommodation central to the properties you wish to view.
